Responds to enquiries from taught students regarding loans, grants, tuition fees, registration, course changes, assessment and graduation, maintains students' personal information (including addresses etc) and produces new and replacement student ID cards, bank letters, and council tax certificates and other student certification documents. Students Union BuildingA new student run unit offering an advice service providing information, support and representation to students in cases of 'institutional dispute' e.g. attending academic misconduct hearings, disciplinary hearings or issuing complaints. The new unit will also provide a central hub which supports all departmental programme reps.
