"Follow Me" Printing Instructions

At the PC

To Print, from the File menu or tab select Print.

Select Student-Mono or Staff-Mono as appropriate for monochrome [black and white] printing, or Student-Colour or Staff-Colour as appropriate for colour printing.

Notes

The mono printer is set to default to duplex (two sided) printing as this saves paper and money. You can choose to not print duplex if you wish by changing the setting in Print Properties when you print the job. If you are printing work to be handed in, you may want to first check if duplex is acceptable.

The colour printer is set to single sided by default (people often want to print photographs and posters), but you can use Print Properties to change this.

Anything left in the queue unprinted for five days will be deleted.

Duplex (two sided) printing is cheaper for you at 8p for 2 sides of A4 mono, rather than 10p for 2 single sided sheets.

The colour printer automatically detects colour and mono pages, so if you send a job to IT-Colour that has some colour and some mono pages, it will automatically charge the appropriate price for each page.
