The IT Pit Stop Complaints Procedure
Loughborough University IT Services has every confidence that The IT Pit Stop will provide service of the highest standard. However, it is possible that occasionally something may go wrong. If it does, here's a procedure to help you sort things out.
If you have any complaint with the service, usually the best thing to do is to discuss it straight away with the person who has been dealing with you. In most cases they will be able to sort things out for you on the spot.
If you'd like someone from IT Services to help you with any of this, please contact Bruce Norris, T.B.Norris@lboro.ac.uk 01509-225951, who looks after our arrangements with The IT Pit Stop. If you can't track down Bruce, Simon Clarke, S.J.Clarke@lboro.ac.uk, 01509-225950, or Val Blackett, V.Blackett@lboro.ac.uk, 01509-226002, ask at the PC Clinic, or contact the IT Service Desk IT.Services@lboro.ac.uk or telephone 01509 222333.

If you can't sort things out with enCircle then you'll need to take things up with people within the University. If someone else in the University needs to get involved, Bruce will help you work out who it is, will put you in touch with them and work with you to get your problem resolved.
