Where are the Office commands?
Finding Office 2003 commands in Office 2007
Use Microsoft's "Emulators" to move the mouse pointer over an Office 2003 command to see a tool tip of how to do it in Office 2007. Click the command to see a demonstration of how to do it!
As an alternative, use the "List of Commands" to see or print off lists of office 2003 commands and their new locations in Office 2007. Remember, you can use your browser's search facility to find specific commands (Ctrl+F in Internet Explorer).
Sadly, Microsoft have not provided emulators for Outlook, please use the relevant Lists of Commands.
