Background
Undergraduate degree in Psychology (Sheffiled Hallam), Ph.D. in Neuropsychology (Nottingham), Lecturer in Health Psychology (IWHO, Nottingham). Lecturer at Loughborough since 2005.
Research Interests
Understanding and managing ill-health at work; common health conditions at work (mental and physical); design and management of work to enhance occupational health and well-being; stress management interventions and evaluation; understanding health behaviours at work; effects of leadership on health and well-being; and the influence of individual and organisational factors on presenteeism, sickness absence, return-to-work and their related outcomes.
