Graphene optics and magneto-optics. Vladimir Falko Thursday, 4 March, 16.00, W2.19 Theory of optical properties of graphene will be discussed and compared with the recent measurements. This includes: (i) the manifestation of chiral properties of electrons in graphene in ARPES; (ii) absorption of light in graphene and magneto-optical spectra in the far-infrared range; (iii) signature of electronic excitations in the Raman spectra of graphene with and without a magnetic field, and the magneto-phonon resonance in graphene. |
