Biography
As well as being a tutor on the University-wide Language Programme with responsibility for Levels 3 and 4 German, I am also Learning Resources Manager. I run the Learning Resources Centre and its Extra-curricular Languages Programme and offer support to students and staff in the use of IT for learning and teaching. I have a particular interest in computer-assisted language learning and assessment.
I have previously acted as external examiner for both the Centre for Modern Languages at the University of Birmingham and the Modern Languages Centre at the LSE.
I served for six years as Secretary of the Association of University Language Centres and remain a member of the Executive Committee..
