Welcome to Loughborough, and our wide range of postgraduate programmes. Many of our postgraduate programmes are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.

We have an excellent employment rate and a very good record of graduating students. Our diverse portfolio of programmes means you can take a vocational approach to information and move into an area of interest such as information management, computing, business and librarianship. There is a very lively and international community of postgraduate students in the Department of Information Science, and enthusiastic committed members of staff.

We are proud of our strengths in research and teaching. Our strong commitment to research was successful in the most recent national research assessment exercise.
