Postgraduate study
In response to changes in the chemical industry, mainly towards high value batch processing and fine chemical production, the Department of Chemical Engineering has developed two highly relevant MSc degree programmes:
The programmes feature a broad range of up-to-date, advanced process engineering taught modules and research topics.
Students accumulate credit by passing modules, including a substantial research project. Taught modules are presented as intensive week-long short courses.
Students may choose their research/management project from the list offered by the Department, or may specify their own project with a member of staff supervising.
Loughborough University Postgraduate Certificates and Diplomas are also available and require less credit than an MSc.
